#2 ‘Here's to the YOU you forgot you knew’

There is an amazing transformational energy surrounding us within our universe at this time

You can now tap into it and ride the wave of purposeful inspiration. This is where our spirit dances the song of our soul.

There is a reason you are here at this time in this moment!

I am here to tell you that we all have the responsibility to be all that we are born to be. To be all that you truly are!

You know in the deepest parts of your unconscious being the longing for freedom that your soul is whispering to you. Can you hear the calling ?

When you were a small child you were connected to what your soul's longing was. Its time once more to be silent with yourself and tap into your child's heart and ask, “ what is my deepest longing? Where do I find pure joy? These are all the things that you naturally already do perfectly. This is the 'authentic you' that you have long forgotten about while you were becoming what you thought you should become instead.

Most of us have traveled life's road in hopes of belonging to this world, instead of first belonging to ourselves and our souls purpose and while we continue to bury our longings under all the shoulds of societal expectations.

This is the time to love You!

Allow yourself space to be mindful and begin to think without limits, dream the big dream, find what makes you giggle, find your hearts deepest desire.

If you can imagine it , you can achieve it!

I believe in YOU! You should too.

Heres to your magical journey of self discovery!

And remember to feel the feels, just because it is a feeling doesn't make it true.

You can separate yourself from any feeling and just look at it for what it is….a feeling. It does not define you and it has no control over you. You get to choose what you do with it. Allow yourself to feel the feels and be empowered, this is your life, your body and your soul.

Learn to Love YOU, you are worthy!
